I wonder why.
You ask me to discuss the document I prepared, you gave me a 'nice' timeline to work with, I said I have no feedback, and my contribution isn't important but you say "Noooo , all input is important". Yet when I disagree with things, you insist to do it your way. Then why ask for my input? If it's going to be so one-sided discussion that you as the Software Division lead decide everything, then what is my role as a team-lead?
For you to look nicer one-level up higher? For you to show the boss you can do work?
Users did not ask for this improvement, this tech refresh is not paid by client, we are doing things for free. True that we are to productise this product, but why add in so much functionality even though it's only two days additional effort?
Here two, there two, my timeline will over run.
