Hais, why I cannot have developers that can do work without giving me problems? Why last time I can do development and not give my PMs/Lead problems now my developers are all so CMI? Hais.
Why they cannot be independant, why they cannot do development and test properly, so hard for testing to be done? Now I have to do everything myself, then what for have developers? I might as well code and develop everything myself and maintain and support and release and package and debug and support.
Sheesh.
Really feel like quitting.
