Toyota Shield Member

Bought a Vios back in April, the package came with 3 years warranty and a free 2 years additional warranty known as Toyota Shield. Sounds good but it just basically ties you to Borneo for servicing for the rest of the warranty period. If you service outside, I've been told that the warranty will be totally void.

Good or bad?
