COE Bidding (Part 2)

Today at 12 noon, marks the 2nd round of bidding for April. As of 1724 hours there are two bids for the CAT A COE, none of them is mine for sure as Borneo Motors submits their bids mostly at the last hour 2 days later, 1500hours before the COE bidding closes.

Now I'm hoping the COE doesn't hit the predicted 20K， I badly want my Toyota Vios. I'm hoping I get the COE this week. The waiting and suspense for the COE bidding is killing me and my mood to work.
